In a groundbreaking partnership with Canada's University of Imagination, Aspen Ridge's Studio Condominium will be home to an OCADU Art Gallery displaying the institution's top achievements in creative expression. With several different rooms, the 8,000 square foot public gallery will be able to run multiple exhibitions concurrently in a variety of media including dramatic installations and digital media, plus traditional two- and three-dimensional selections.

OCADU alumni, faculty, graduate and undergraduate students will all be invited to showcase their work, and the gallery will also display works from traveling exhibitions and OCADU's permanent collection. Attached to the gallery will be a licensed café, so you can relax with a glass of wine or a light meal while surrounded by the incredible imagination that defines OCADU.

Studio condos is a new address set to be a landmark developed by Aspen Ridges Homes. Aspen Ridge Homes the builder of  Vu Condos and 77 Charles Street West on Yorkville. Studio Condos will be located on Richmond and Duncan where you will benefit from the best of Financial and Fashion District. We don’t have all the information but award winning Quadrangle Architect will design the 2 residential tower.
